- After loading, you receive a Bill of Lading number and a vessel tracking link via WhatsApp and email.
- Use the link to check vessel position, estimated arrival date, and port of discharge.
- Our team updates you proactively at key milestones: loading confirmed, vessel departed, vessel arrived, ready for clearance.
